Frank will be truly missed. He and his wife have been good friends of my father (Manuel Gutierrez) for many years. Thru them years he has been a awesome man always playing with everyone and would do the world for anyone. I will miss you dearly. My prayers are with your family thru this devastating time

Frank was such an awesome man of God. We had a food pantry in the Solid Rock Ministries Teen Center Bldg in the 1990's. Frank saw to it that we had all the refrigerators and freezers that we needed to keep the food we provided fresh and safe for over 1500 families that got their groceries there. Thank you to Frank and his wife for all their help and service.
