William Earl Knuckles

          William Earl Knuckles, the son of the late Elmer and Lula Mae (Mings) Knuckles, was born November 16, 1962 in Taylor County, KY and departed this life on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at the Taylor Regional Hospital. He was 58 years of age.

          He was a friend to countless people, and a locksmith for over 38 years. It was recently quoted that, “William Earl’s phone number is probably saved in more phone contacts than any elected official.”

          He is survived by his wife: Vicky (Gordon) Knuckles of Campbellsville; his sisters-in-law: Gail Richards and husband Kenneth of Hustonville; his brothers-in-law: Randy Gordon and wife Nina of Danville, Terry Gordon and wife Sue and Jimmy Gordon all of Campbellsville and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.        

The funeral service for William Earl Knuckles will be Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville with burial to follow in the Chappel Cemetery at Knifley.

Family requests visitation after 11:00 A.M. Saturday until time for the service.
