Tammy Kay Hughes

          Tammy Kay Hughes of Campbellsville, the daughter of the late  Herbert Carl and Rosamon (Leffler) Smith, was born April 24, 1960 in Indianapolis, Indiana and departed this life on Monday, July 19, 2021 in Louisville at the Norton Womens and Childrens Hospital. She was 61 years of age.

          She enjoyed spending time with her family and playing with her dogs.

          She united in marriage to Ray Hughes, who preceded her in death.

          She is survived by two sons: Travis Hughes and Eston Miller; two sisters and three brothers: Carolyn McNicholas, Linda Coar, Steve Smith,  Ronnie Smith, and Danny Smith, all of Indiana, and a host of other relatives and friends.

           Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers: Larry, Harry and Jeffrey Smith.

A graveside service for Tammy Kay Hughes will be Monday, July 26, 2021 at 4:00 P.M. at the Callahan Cemetery on Speck Ridge Road in Taylor County with burial to follow.

Rev. Paul Pike will be officiating.

There will be no visitation
