Randall Earl Garrett

   Mr. Randall Earl Garrett of Lebanon passed peacefully from this life on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at the Baptist Health Hardin Hospital in Elizabethtown. Born in Marion County on March 21, 1953 to the late William Earl and Beatrice (Sallee) Garrett, he was 68 years of age. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Springfield. Mr. Garrett was a retired dairy and tobacco farmer. He was a talented welder, and enjoyed time spent outdoors. He was a man of old fashioned values – hardworking, dependable, and loyal. Mr. Garrett was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Imogene (Abston) Garrett on June 5, 2011.

He leaves to cherish his memory:

   Three children: Ricky Garrett and wife Jamie of St. Francis, Sherry Edwards and husband Lonnie of Greensburg, and Donna Presley and husband Jerry of Campbellsville,

   Four siblings: Priscilla Shuck, Jeany Garrett, Cathy McCarthy and husband Jimmy, and Susan Wright,

   Five grandchildren: Lucas Edwards, Jadyn Presley, Gannon Presley, Dani Presley, and California “Cali” Presley,

   A sister-in-law: Patty Pinkston,

   A brother-in-law: John Abston,

   And a host of other family and friends.

   He was also preceded in death by two brothers: John Garrett and Mike Garrett; and his stepmother: Helen (Tungate) Garrett.

   There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Garrett on Monday, March 21, 2022 at 2:00 PM EDT (1:00 PM CDT) in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Bro. Clellan Hayes will officiate. Interment will follow in the Old Liberty Cemetery in Bradfordsville.

   The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, March 21, from 11:00 AM EDT (10:00 AM CDT) until time for the funeral.
