Peggy Sue Bray

Peggy Sue Bray, the daughter of Elsie Sue (Chandler) Bray of Knifley was born June 21, 1958 in Jefferson County and departed this life on Monday, February 8, 2021 in Campbellsville at her home. She was 62 years of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the Lowell Avenue Baptist Church.

Peggy loved collecting, going to yard sales and spending time with her family.

Besides her mother she is survived by three children: Donald Bray of Campbellsville, Dana Bray and companion William Sanders of Campbellsville and Christopher Gamel of Washington; eight brothers and sister: Danny Bray and wife Christine, Ricky Bray and wife Angie both of Campbellsville, Karen Overstreet and husband Jimmy, Bobby Bray and wife Deedra and Bill Bray and wife Melissa all of Campbellsville, Tina Coffman and husband Joe and Missy Gibson and husband Lester both of Tennessee and Joe Bray and wife Tracy of Campbellsville and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was also preceded in death by three sisters: Darlene Brandenburg, Cathy Bray and Betty Bray.

The funeral service for Peggy Sue Bray will be Friday at 12 Noon EST in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home.

Bro. Freddy Thompson will be officiating.

Visitation will be on Friday from 10:30 AM EST until time for the service.
