Mary Jane Christeck

          Mary Jane Christeck, the daughter of the late Manuel and Virginia (Kisamore) Moore was born May 15, 1929 in Brownton, WV and departed this life on Saturday, February 13, 2021 in Campbellsville at her home. She was 91 years of age.

          She was a homemaker and of the Christian Faith.

          Mary enjoyed gardening, art, and sewing, and took many a leisurely drive until her sickness began in late 2020.

          She united in marriage to Harrison Martin Wolfe, Jr,  who preceded her in death. She later united in marriage to Bruno Christeck, who also preceded her in death. Besides her parents and two husbands, she was preceded in death by two children: Harrison “Marty” Wolfe III and Deborah Sue Fruciano and a grandchild: Tony Fruciano.

          She is survived by: three children: Dan Wolfe of Campbellsville, Becky Goeken of Crownsville, MD and James Wolfe of Minnesota; two sisters: Betty and JoAnn; five grandchildren, Dawn Marie Marasco, Chris Malone, Harrison “Chip” Wolfe, Ashley Gribbins and Nicholas Wolfe; nine great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

          There will be a graveside memorial service to honor the life of Mrs. Christeck on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery in Philippi, WV. A gathering of family and friends will follow at 1:00 PM at the Tygart Lake Lodge in Grafton, WV.
