Mrs. Marilyn Marshall Judd of Campbellsville passed from this life on Friday, June 19, 2020 in Louisville at the Jewish Hospital. Born on November 23, 1949 in Taylor County to the late Herlan and Anna Bell (Bailey) Smith, she was 70 years, 6 months, and 27 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church. She was a former employee of IGA in Greensburg where she had worked several years in the deli department. She had a contagious laugh and loved to entertain her family and friends. Her kind spirit will be missed for many years to come.
She leaves to cherish her memory:
Three children: Chris Ambers and wife Malinda, Buzzy Stearman, and Carey Pyles and husband Trent, all of Campbellsville,
Ten siblings: Lois Lee Bertram, Mary Ann Wilson and husband Grayling, Mike Smith, Billy Smith, Peggy Newton, Lois Ann Brown, Carol Gathof, Gail Blankenship, Linda Barnett, and Donnie Clemmons,
Five grandchildren: Kayla Stearman, Bailey Stearman, Kirsten Ambers, Megan Pyles-Houk, and Makenna Pyles,
One great-grandchild: Jackson Morgan,
And a host of other family and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Lana Smith.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Judd on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 1:00 PM EST (12:00 PM CST) in the chapel of the L.R Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Bro. Shawn Coffey will be officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 23, after 11:30 AM EST (10:30 CST) until time for the service.
