Margaret Fawcett, the daughter of the late Woodrow and Frances (Helms) Herron, was born November 26, 1934 in Taylor County, KY and departed this life on Monday, May 4, 2020 at 3:03 P.M. in Campbellsville at her home. She was 85 years of age.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ at the South Campbellsville Baptist Church and was a member of the Palestine Baptist Church.
She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville after 28 years of service and was a homemaker.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Charles Fawcett; a daughter: Janet Pickett; a son: Norman Watson and a sister: Mary Frances Calfee.
Survivors include a daughter: Lisa Tucker and husband Tony of Campbellsville, two sisters: Joan Roach of Louisville and Joyce Hartman of Campbellsville; five grandchildren: Scott Pickett, Stacey Miller, Tiffany Bright, Chris Cook and Jason Cook; two step-grandchildren: Casey Tucker and Cory Tucker; five great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Her smile and quit-witted personality will be missed by many.
She will be laid to rest beside her husband in the Palestine Cemetery. Bro. Jason Keltner will be officiating.
