Mr. James Michael Hash of Campbellsville, son of the late Basil and Anna Ernstine “Sue” (Rushing) Hash, was born in Taylor County on September 13, 1946. He departed this life on Thursday, January 28, 2021 in Elizabethtown, having attained the age of 74 years, 4 months, and 15 days. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. He was a retired construction employee, and had served his country honorably in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by:
Two sons: Jamie Hash of Louisiana, and Mark Jason Hash of Michigan, and their mother: Lynn Marie Hash Fisher,
Two brothers: Dennis Hash and Steve Hash, both of Michigan,
Three local cousins: Rita Moyers, Sam Hash, and Barbara Baldwin,
And several other family members and friends.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Hash on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Bro. Steve Orr will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Good Hope Cemetery with full Military Honons by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, Feb. 6, from 12:00 PM until time for the service.
