Gerald Lee “Jerry” Underwood of Campbellsville, the son of the late Jackie and Geraldine (Myers) Underwood, was born October 16, 1980 in Louisville, KY and departed this life on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at his home. He was 39 years of age.

He was a former Tech support worker for the IRS and was of the Christian Faith.

Jerry enjoyed music and computers.

He is survived by two brothers: Roy Williams and wife Trish and John Williams and wife Kathy, all of Campbellsville and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

The family chose cremation.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
