Donna Dean (Agee) Curry

   Mrs. Donna Dean (Agee) Curry of Campbellsville passed from this life on Monday, December 16, 2019 after an extended illness. Born on August 7, 1938 to the late Jasper and Leva (Cook) Agee, she was  81 years, 4 months, and 9 days of age. Mrs. Curry was a former employee of Lee’s Famous Recipe and Parks-Belk Department Store, and was a homemaker. She was the wife of Mr. Bennie “Foot” Curry, who preceded her in death in 2017. She had a vast collection of Barbie dolls, and loved costume jewelry and spending time at the beach with her family. Mrs. Curry had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a faithful member of Pitman Valley Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory:

   Four children: James Dean Curry and wife Carlene of Somerset, David Curry and wife Loretta of Burnside, Terry Curry of Columbia, and Rita Stocksdale and husband Skip of Indiana,

   One sister: Gatha Williams and husband Billy of Russell Springs,

   Eleven grandchildren: Jared Stocksdale and wife Andrea, Kristin King and husband T.J., Bridgett Glenn and husband Casey, Brandon Curry, Candace Curry, Chad Curry and wife Beth, Jasper Curry, Jacob Curry, Sage Beaty, Jason Bright and fiancée Jessica Clark, and Michael Bright,

   Seventeen great-grandchildren,

   Three great-great grandchildren,

   And a host of other family and friends.

   She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Kim Curry, and a brother, Kenneth Agee.

   There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Curry on Friday, December 20, 2019 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, Campbellsville, KY. Bro. Dannie Nelson will be officiating. Entombment will follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.

   The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, Dec. 20, from 11:00 AM until time for the service.
