Donald Bray Obituary

   Mr. Donald Allen Bray, the son of the late Peggy Sue Bray, was born February 3, 1974 in Jefferson County and departed this life on Monday, May 10, 2021 in Greensburg at the Jane Todd Hospital. He was 47 years of age. 

   From birth, Mr. Bray knew love - and how to return it. He had a big heart and loved his family with everything in it. He was a huge fan of country music; he knew the chords and notes of countless songs and was a talented vocalist. His family speaks fondly of memories created with him that will live on for years to come.

   He leaves to mourn his passing:

   Two siblings: Dana Bray and companion William Sanders of Campbellsville and Christopher Gamel of Washington,

   His grandmother: Elsie Sue Bray of Knifley,

   Eight aunts and uncles: Danny Bray and wife Christine, Ricky Bray and wife Angie, Karen Overstreet and husband Jimmy, Bobby Bray and wife Deedra, Bill Bray and wife Melissa, Tina Coffman and husband Joe, Missy Gibson and husband Lester, and Joe Bray and wife Tracy,

   And a host of other relatives and friends.

   The funeral service for Donald Allen Bray will be Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 2:00 PM EST in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home.

   Bro. Freddy Thompson will be officiating.

   Visitation will be on Saturday from 12:00 PM EST until time for the service.
