Obituary

   Mrs. Alta Bertine Griffith of Campbellsville was born on July 26, 1944 in Battle Creek, Michigan to the late Clyde and Agnes (Hill) Fenner. She departed this life on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at the Taylor Regional Hospital, being 77 years of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Griffith was a retired supervisor of computer operations at the Kellogs factory in Michigan. She enjoyed playing bingo, and loved to bake for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish her memory:

   Two sons: Steve Ball and fiancé Joetta Gossett of Nancy, KY, and Tony Ball of Athens, MI,

   Four grandchildren: Elisha Rhodes and husband Nathan, Steven Ball, Jr., Ashley Long and finace Ronnie Herrst, and Anthony Ball,

   Twelve great-grandchildren,

   And a host of extended family and friends.

   She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Imogene Stevens and Annamae Buell.

   There will be funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Griffith on Monday, May 2, 2022 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Bro. Troy Long will officiate. Burial will follow in the Brookside Cemetery in Campbellsville.

   The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, May 1, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 PM.
