Patricia Ann (Charles) Heath Hayes

   Mrs. Patricia Ann Heath Hayes of Campbellsville was born in Detroit, Michigan on February 14, 1950 to the late John Walter and Mary Louise (Swangum) Charles. She departed this life on Monday, November 4, 2019 at the Norton Hospital in Louisville after an extended illness. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Christian faith.

   Mrs. Hayes was a strong and beautiful mother and opened her heart and home to many. Proud of her Detroit heritage, she often reminisced of life there. She was a lady of character and high personal morals, a great cook, and an exceptional grandmother.

   She leaves to cherish her memory:

   Her former spouse and close friend: Glen Hayes of Campbellsville,

   Four children: Kim Unger, Sunny Heath, Jason Hayes, and Crystal Hayes,

   Eighteen grandchildren,

   And a host of other family and friends.

   She was also preceded in death by a son, Dean Heath.

   Mrs. Hayes requested cremation, and entrusted those arrangements with the L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service. A memorial service to honor her life will be announced and held at a later date.
