We were so sorry to hear about Mr. Mann's death. He installed our first satellite for us. He also came out to our house with one of his technicians to help us with TV/VCR/DVD hook ups. He was always a joy to talk to. He was very professional with his work and such a gentlemen. The world could use more people like him. He will be missed.
